2 0 0 9 NEWSLETTER (View PDF) PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE: Our traditional annual chicken salad luncheon on September 14th was upgraded to a sumptuous seafood salad luncheon, many thanks to the creativities of Darlene Hartman and Helen Scholten and their wonder full helpers. Arriving members received warm greetings from Ruth Lycette at the door. I was so inspired by the gorgeous table decorations by Dottie McHugh, Anna Bolechowski, Anna Cristoforo, Cheryl Seckols and Nancy Hagosian. The whole event fires up our energy to start a great year. I can already feel good things are happening. I would like to thank each and every one of them. Call me (564-3508) anytime with your good ideas to improve our goals. Don’t miss our Oktoberfest where we will have a casual and friendly evening, in light German motif, with polka music and lots of good food. Invite your neighbors and friends to join.
