Forest Hill Garden Club
PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE:
Happy New Year! I would like to wish everyone a great 2010, a year of good health and prosperity. I would like to dedicate my message this month to all the great club members who worked so hard to make every event a
successful one. I want to thank Toni Buckley and Ellie Barry for organizing the annual food drive for the needy of San Francisco. We all were inspired by Ann Rieger-Mathews skills and artistic talents in making beautiful wreaths for the holidays.
The Garden Club’s annual Holiday Dinner Dance was remarkable! Chefs Katie and John Balestreri gave us an unforgettable night with the incredible dinner.
Their spirit lifted everyone’s spirit. It was an elegant and joyous evening in which I would like to recognize but cannot name all those who had helped make the event a memorable one.
The decoration team: Anna Bolechowski, Anna Cristoforo, Nancy Hagosian, Ellie Barry, Dottie McHugh, Helen Scholten, Donna Earhart, Michelle Jackson, Louise Bacigalupi, Ruth Lycette, and Eva Monroe.
Table runners: Kimberly Kruse and her friend, Jennifer Kenny, Kathleen Anderson, Anne Rieger-Matthews, and Sally Kipper.
Thank you all for an amazing evening!
